Is it possible to make Ranch Dressing… actually good for you?
Your favorite salad dressing just got a glow up! Meet the creamy, tangy, gut-friendly version you have been waiting for!
✨ Packed with protein✨ Full of probiotics✨ No seed oils, MSG, or preservatives✨ Just clean, craveable ingredients
Ingredients:
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup Bulgarian yogurt (plain)
3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 Tablespoons lemon balsamic vinegar (Baker & Olive), or use a mild vinegar like rice wine or champagne
2 Tablespoons Virgin Olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp honey
1 Tablespoon hemp hearts
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Fresh dill
1 tsp salt
1 Tablespoon cold filtered water (omit if you want more of a thick dip/dressing, add more if you want it thinner)
Fresh cracked pepper
Directions:
Put everything except the dill into a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Add in the dill, blend until chopped and incorporated, not until the whole thing is green (just a few seconds).
Put into a glass container with a air tight lid in the refrigerator.
Serve on salads, as a dip with veggies, or alongside your hot wings. Use it where ever you would use Ranch!
Remember - this doesn’t have preservatives, so use it up within a week (I’m sure you’ll have no trouble with that!)
