Pumpkin Spice Latte (metabolism boosting)

I have a love/hate relationship with pumpkin spice season. On the one hand, pumpkin is a superfood and all the spices that go with it are metabolism boosting powerhouses.
BUT. A lot of the pumpkin spice products are not super healthy - they are loaded with sugar, and some don’t even have any actual pumpkin at all (just pumpkin flavoring)!!
PSA: Your PSL should boost metabolism, not bust it. 💥
This PSL is sugar and dairy free, and it supports healthy blood sugar levels. It will give you a boost without the sugar crash later. Plus, making it at home will save you💰.
Pumpkin = gut-friendly fiber + beta carotene glow
Spices = rev up metabolism + balance blood sugar
Monk fruit / allulose = sweetness without sabotage (zero calories and no blood sugar spike - in fact, allulose actually improves blood sugar for hours!)
Metabolism-Boosting PSL Recipe:
1 Tbsp pumpkin puree
⅓ cup Nutpods creamer (or your preferred milk or creamer - choose unsweetened tho)
¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice (or a blend of cinnamon, ginger, clove)
1 tsp of Lakanto monk fruit/allulose
Ice
Double shot espresso (or ⅓ cup strong cold brew)
Optional: splash of alcohol-free vanilla
Whip this up & sip your iced PSL and power up your metabolism. 🔑✨
So go find that can of pumpkin in your cabinet & make this! It’s sooooo good! 😊
Let me know what you think!!! 🤔

I checked out the Saravance article about the Pumpkin Spice Latte’s metabolism-boosting effects, it explores how ingredients like pumpkin, warming spices, and sugar alternatives could help support energy use and blood sugar balance.
