meet Sara
A Nutritionist, author, skincare consultant, and wellness educator with over 15 years of experience helping people improve their health, metabolism, and vitality from the inside out.

After facing her own struggles with digestive issues, weight challenges, and chronic inflammation, Sara became determined to move beyond diet myths and oversimplified wellness advice to uncover the deeper root causes of health. That journey led her to create a body of work focused on metabolism, nourishment, and sustainable wellness, including her book The Perfect Metabolism Plan and several additional eBooks.

Then in her mid-50s, Sara looked in the mirror and felt disconnected from the woman looking back at her. She had been taking care of herself. She was doing the things that should support healthy aging. A biological age test even revealed that she was 16 years younger than her chronological age. So why did she look older?​
That question led her to research skincare, where she discovered an approach that resonated deeply with everything she already believed about health: that true transformation happens by working with the body, not against it. She found a brand that supports skin from the inside out, powered by the natural intelligence of the olive tree. The results changed not only her skin, but her entire perspective on aging, beauty, and what it means to glow.
Today, Sara integrates nutrition, skincare, and lifestyle into her Glow30 philosophy—a holistic framework for radiant skin and vibrant health. Her work is rooted in the belief that beauty is deeply connected to metabolism, inflammation, stress, cellular nourishment, and the daily choices that shape how we age.
Sara previously served as the in-house nutritionist at the famed Golden Door Spa for 3.5 years, where she taught classes and worked one-on-one with guests. She also provides corporate wellness programs and continues to educate through writing, speaking, and digital content.
When she’s not immersed in wellness, Sara can be found teaching yoga or writing her latest screenplay.​​​​
