meet Sara

A nutritionist, author, and podcast host, Sara Vance has over a decade of experience helping people achieve their best health and ideal weight. Her book, The Perfect Metabolism Plan, contains ten game-changing keys to rev up your metabolism and over 50 delicious recipes. And don’t miss her Perfect Metabolism podcast, which launched this past January.

Sara’s journey into nutrition was deeply personal. After struggling with digestion issues, weight challenges, and chronic inflammation, she was fed up with diet myths and the oversimplified “calories in vs. calories out” mindset. Frustrated with conventional medicine’s lack of real solutions, she took matters into her own hands (or rather, her own fork!). Now, she’s on a mission to debunk these myths and show that aging doesn’t have to slow down your metabolism.

In addition to The Perfect Metabolism Plan, Sara has authored several other eBooks, including "The Skinny Starch" and "Curb Your Child's Constipation - Naturally" —a topic close to her heart due to her own childhood struggles. 

 

In addition to her individual work, Sara also provides corporate wellness programs. Investing in employee wellness is a win-win—companies can save between $3 and $4 for every dollar spent on wellness.  Sara served as the in-house Nutritionist for the famed Golden Door Spa for 3.5 years, where she taught classes and had private nutrition sessions.

In her spare time, you might find Sara teaching a yoga class or working on her latest screenplay.
